The room was clean and warm with a lovely
view of the street below. The comfortable beds made our stay enjoyable, and the added touch of tea and water was appreciated. However, be ready for a workout as there are many stairs to navigate before reaching reception.

The room featured a flat-screen TV and a mini fridge, which was a nice touch. Cleanliness stood out. my accommodations were tidy and well-maintained. Location-wise, it’s just steps away from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and various cafes. However, those stairs were quite a workout. I counted at least 74 steps to get to the hotel entrance! This could be a significant inconvenience if you're carrying heavy luggage or have mobility issues. Overall, a good balance of comfort and access to Florence's highlights.

My stay at Giappone for three nights was quite satisfactory. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station and major attractions like the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. The room was clean and modern, and I appreciated the mini fridge and complimentary water. However, remember that you'll have to navigate about 74 steps to reach the hotel, so pack light if possible.
The lack of an elevator makes accessing the hotel challenging.

The location is excellent, being just steps away from major attractions like the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore.
There's a considerable challenge with the many stairs, as the hotel is on the fourth floor without an elevator, making it quite tiring with luggage.

Very clean and modern rooms.
Unfortunately, the lack of an elevator was a real challenge. Climbing over 70 steps with our luggage was exhausting, especially after a long day of sightseeing. Additionally, the noise from the street and the reception area disrupted our sleep multiple times during our stay.

My kids wished there was an elevator for easier luggage access.

Just a fine choice for a brief visit in Florence with extraordinarily good value for money. The room was simple and clean, which is all I needed since I was out most of the time. Don't leave windows open at night or mosquitoes will get in.
